When you join the BCU team, you'll take part in our award-winning Onboarding Program. This begins during new hire training, when you'll learn about our unique culture, meet your peers and learn about our products and systems. Beyond that, there are various fun and helpful activities to make sure you have all the tools in place to hit the ground running.
We don't forget about you once you complete new hire training—or ever, for that matter! Our coaching program allows you and your manager to fine tune your skills well after you've started at BCU. We also put together a customized coaching plan just for you!
With our mentoring program, you’ll have an opportunity to learn from current leaders and your peers, developing your abilities and building relationships in the process. Our mentoring program promotes learning, creates a trusting environment, encourages collaboration, enhances cross-functional awareness and helps build future leaders. BCU offers both traditional 1:1 mentoring and group mentoring.
